The Butcher Shoppe offers 4 different pre-packs of frozen beef, pork, chicken, sausage and hot dogs. Each pack is a great way to buy in bulk to stock your home freezer. With the exception of the Pork Package, our frozen bulk packs are pre-wrapped and ready to go upon your request. Pork Packages are wrapped and frozen upon your order. We also have beef available by the 'primal cut' - those big, vacuum-packed whole muscles that the local butcher cuts down into steaks, roasts and ground meat. Whether you are filling your freezer with quantities of your favorite cuts or you are buying steaks a big picnic, purchasing whole muscle primal cuts saves you money. And don't worry, we'll cut them for you for FREE! Primal cuts are the way to go when buying in bulk and not looking for a wide variety in cuts.
